相對來說比較不痛苦的增肌訓練 - 健身

現況:
目前年過30/女
inbody參考數值
1.體脂高(28%-30%間)
2.肌肉量一般般(忘了數據 只記得都在標準值內偏低)
3.BMI 21.5
飲食部分已有在努力 目前低碳飲食(有注意蛋白質攝取
計畫嘗試較不激烈的間歇斷食16/8 或 15/9 (怕餓XDD
目標:增肌/體態緊實/BMI約20左右
目前遇到的問題:
之前有去上一陣子團課(TRX 皮拉提斯等)
老實說上課過程覺得很痛苦(無論強度低或高的我都不喜歡)
也有在家裡跟youtube影片 做一些居家肌耐力徒手訓練
基本的棒式 深蹲 捲腹 登山跑 到一些變化式混合的HIIT等等
老實說我還是覺得很痛苦 然後沒什麼進步
沒有進步是自己的感覺而已 例如一樣的動作並沒有越做越輕鬆
當然我知道這些不可能短時間內進步 但難免因此覺得更沒動力
加上有時候 我根本無法作對動作 例如捲腹時常讓我脖子很痠XD
我知道要用肚子的力量 然後脖子放鬆 可是做不到啊啊啊啊
於是最近有想去健身房的想法
雖然健身房的費用是可以負擔的 但畢竟一報名就是以年計
很怕自己又因為太痛苦沒辦法堅持
想問問看勤於訓練的大家
利用器材來做重量訓練 會較徒手訓練『感覺』上相對輕鬆嗎
訓練效率會比較好嗎?
請大家幫忙解惑或給點建議~
