我是健身超級新手,現在會跟著教練一起上課
可是困擾的地方是,教練每次跟我說哪邊有感覺
我不管做什麼都是肩膀有感覺,不管調整多久,甚至空槓都是肩膀有感覺
教練說我會聳肩,我也會覺得我都用肩膀的力量去做
但是上了兩堂課下來,我的心得是我都在聳肩
不管教練讓我嘗試多少次,我還是聳肩
有時候為了不想浪費時間,或是被問有感覺問到不耐煩
我都會勉強說有一點感覺
但其實還是肩膀有感覺
請問要怎麼快速又有效的改善啊?
還是這種東西的因人而異,或是我長期去重訓就會改善?
