最多人關心的應該就是重訓長不高
我是從160開始重訓長到181
所以不太相信重量訓練會讓人長不高
基因問題怪到重訓本身就滿詭異的
又不是一開始就扛200公斤深蹲
壓得脊椎喘不過氣
從輕重量練到大重量
肌肉不斷成長支撐
脊椎或膝蓋怎麼會被壓迫到無法生長
反而還有助於生長吧??
