常常看到國內外練得很好的youtuber
都說自己每日蛋白質攝入都是280-300
但若一個人每日蛋白質攝入是體重*2.3
三百克的蛋白質應該是體重130才會需要
以他們身高來估算
就算很壯也不可能到這個體重
既然超過涉入這麼多
不會敗腎嗎?很好奇他們的性功能都還好嗎
