我知道這標題真的很欠噓
“不累你還健身幹嘛?”
但說真的 好累喔
我是比較習慣早上練 因為練完之後精神會很好
傍晚練 晚上都不太好入睡 (而且身體會比較熱)
重點是每天早上吃早餐的時候我都在發抖啊 想到等一下又要去健身房
“鍛鍊”自己的肌肉 光想就覺得好累
我從小就是一個超懶的人
功課不寫 考試不複習 工作能偷懶就偷懶 能擺爛就擺爛 根本是人渣
但我又很愛惜自己的身體 總想讓自己保持最健康的狀況
真是兩難啊
每次走到蹲舉架前面我都會很想睡覺 但不行 我得蹲下去
我為了鍛鍊意志力 我每次的workout , 一開始都會先深蹲(全蹲) 五組
不管是練哪裡 , 我只要到健身房就會先深蹲
但我還是意志力薄弱啊 好不想上健身房
我規定一個禮拜要去四次
我這個禮拜已經翹了兩次了
就是說這個禮拜我只能在逃一次了 天啊
好痛苦喔 之前去練mma 也是 那一個月真的是每天都在珍惜
能躺在床上無所事事的玩ps4 的時光
因為晚上就要去被人操得半死了
但偏偏重訓又是要自己操自己 痛苦真是加倍
有人也有這種感覺的嗎
有沒有什麼激勵自己的好方法啊?
