各位巨巨及板上的前輩們好
我目前執行stronglift 5X5力量訓練將近半年
有一些問題想請教 首先附上我的一些個人資訊
身高體重 175/72 男
起始 目前
Squat 100KG 135KG
Deadlift 100KG 140KG
Bench press 50KG 62.5KG
OH press 30KG 42.5KG
Barbell row 50KG 70KG
主要想請教的部分是臥推跟肩推
相較於其他的動作而言 臥推和肩推成長的幅度較小且較常卡關
想請問有沒有相關的動作能夠輔助這兩項的進步?
另外在硬舉方面 在最後幾下會有抓不住槓的情況
想請問握力這方面有輔助的訓練嗎? 或著該上拉力帶?
最後 我本身完全沒有使用護具
想請問護具除了保護及降低受傷風險外
是否對於力量訓練 有直接的幫助呢?
