運動完30分鐘內補充是一定要的
但是有朋友建議睡前也要喝 因為睡眠是修復蛋白質的時候
有人說 三餐的間隔中 也可以喝
但也有一說 喝乳清不要喝太多
自己健身一段時間 覺得效果不明顯
原本是不依賴乳清的狀態 只把它當作運動完才少量喝的補給品
平常盡量還是以吃肉,蛋 喝豆漿為主
但是越來越多身邊的人說還是要喝乳清效果比較快
可以請問有經驗的大家
喝乳清該如何分配會比較好呢?
