剛好隔壁女孩兒板 有一篇在討論怎麼減少開支的熱門文章
看到好多推文說餐費壓低的方法竟然是
早餐吃吐司抹果醬或是自己蒸饅頭
午晚餐吃路邊攤乾麵 或是自己煮麵條燙青菜之類的吃法
還有盡量少選便利商店因為單價高
差點沒嚇到吃塊雞排壓壓驚
基本上跟本板的飲食觀念完全相反
更不用說便利商店是飲食控制的好選擇
所以是不是由此可證除去月費外
健身真的是很燒錢的運動?
肥宅我在吃這方面的確不是很在意價格 果然餐費都不低
如果真的在意飲食又要省錢的話
唯一解似乎是乳清喝好喝滿?
