晚餐大概都8點半才吃...(運動完洗澡+自己煮差不多...)
各位巨巨好
由於暑假快到了,想當然爾會跑到海邊這個那個
以至於衣服下的身材就顯得十分重要啦
最近開始在努力健身當中
幾乎每天都會排個40~60分鐘練
飲食的話...
早餐 一大碗飯+青菜+魚
10點點心 水果(芭樂or香蕉*1)or吐司2片+約12克蛋白質....
午餐 學校餐點 大概只吃半碗飯+半個拳頭大的肉
3點點心 同10點
晚餐大概都8點半才吃...(運動完洗澡+自己煮差不多...)
40克義大利麵(單純水煮)+花椰菜*1+170g雞胸肉
我之前脂肪還蠻多的 185cm 81kg 腹部明顯脂肪一堆
現在79kg 感覺肉長一點 腹部脂肪少點
可是不是肌肉比脂肪重嗎...我理想的是體重不變甚至增加,但是看起卻少脂肪...
是我蛋白質吃太少了嗎? 我那12克蛋白質是喝乳清半匙的量,我很怕攝取太多然後傷身...
再來今天去夜市,每吃一顆章魚燒都超級罪惡,感覺吃多少重量,就會轉變為脂肪囤積,讓
之前努力都白費了.... 請問我的心態應該是偶爾沒差肌肉會幫我處理脂肪,還是應該要
超級嚴謹呢?
我真的很擔心囤積速度很快....+上我晚餐都單純水煮 所以很容易嘴饞....
