小妹對於硬舉動作一直充滿疑惑
上來問問各位專業的巨巨

請問我的動作正確嗎?
因為之前看別人蹲下去被說做成深蹲了
所以我有注意不要太蹲
自以為這次做的不錯,腿後側跟屁股感受度也很好
結果這個影片給別人看,被說我腿沒蹲下去,看起來做成羅馬尼亞硬舉????
我以為羅馬尼亞硬舉跟傳統硬舉的差別
只在羅馬尼亞槓到小腿1/2、槓片不碰地,傳統硬舉槓片碰地。
想請問:
1.我應該怎麼改進,才是正確的傳統硬舉?
2.我使用的是五公斤的槓片比較小,是不是應該把兩邊墊高?
3.到底羅馬尼亞硬舉跟傳統硬舉怎麼分...
