傷痛困擾一年以上 - 健身

大家好
小弟本身熱愛運動,大約前年底開始嘗試健身
後來健力三項成為我熱愛的動作
約一年多前,左右腳膝蓋、四頭肌、右肩胛骨受傷
曾休息兩次半年的時間,看過不少相關門診與物理治療,甚至復健
遲遲沒有好過
(受傷休息第一次半年後,有上教練課矯正各項訓練姿勢)
膝蓋部分只要有點負重活動(慢跑、爬樓梯、無負重深蹲等)就會痛
痛覺環繞在髕骨跟關節軟骨部分,髕骨尤其明顯

髕骨上方的四頭肌也會不舒服
右肩胛骨則是隨時都在痠痛的感覺,且常常有刺痛(圖中綠色的部份)

一部分可能是因為過去長期使用電腦的坐姿不良,但也改善一年以上了
我也正在繼續尋找適合的醫生來治療
如果有推薦的,希望各位能提供給小弟參考(我住台北><)
因為已看過7位醫生了,仍沒有實質的解決辦法
很努力跟醫生訴說我的痛苦,但幾乎都被開消炎藥打發掉
真的很沮喪
不知道是否有人遭遇過相同經驗?
如何解決?
物理治療已經花掉我很多積蓄 ... 仍不見成效
(每天都有用滾筒跟網球來做局部跟點的按摩)
題外話,認真不推薦一位醫生

是我看過最差勁的醫生
不耐心、心不在焉地聽病患述說病痛外,開照X光的單子還寫錯部位
要照肩胛骨,結果照我肩膀
照完回門診後,跟他講開錯單子了要重照
他抓起我的右手,甩一甩
我:肩胛骨這邊會痛(甩ing)
醫生:這樣「肩膀」沒問題啦!
護士:請到外面等候等等叫你
