傾聽我身體的聲音
其實對我來說有些許困擾XD
平常
*吃
早餐吃吐司夾起司蛋配一杯西X圖三合一咖啡 + 奇異果一顆
午餐吃自助餐 半碗飯+4~5分配菜(很需要纖維的腸胃)
+1~2份魚(對於魚我不太會換算份量)
下午茶偶爾吃顆茶葉蛋或喝杯豆漿 沖泡的飲品約90~130大卡
晚餐同中餐可是飯會刻意再少一點
澱粉減量是因為我整盤都是菜,菜量超過一般便當的量
(自助餐菜很油
跟同事一起吃飯我不敢弄碗熱水洗菜的油 T^T
而且同事吃很快...好困擾哦~)
*運動
每天半~一小時, 跑步機 壺鈴 turbofire 羽球
↑現在已經養成一天沒動全身很怪不自在
好了~以上大概是目前狀況&是瘦身運動狀態
困擾1:
只要小月來的前一週
不知道該如何控制對於甜食的慾望
我想要喝紅豆湯,想吃糖,想喝熱巧克力,蛋糕...
想吃平常不會吃的甜品.....................(前一週每天都想要吃甜的)
小月來的時候 會因為痛 所以喝熱的
熱黑糖水 熱紅豆湯~~~大概前三天都會喝
我身體一直叫我去喝甜的
我要怎麼控制它!!!
說破了 其實是自己根本控制不了慾望...小月前&來要如何控制??
困擾2:
運動到身體累了...
三天前,打羽球被操到現在我都還覺得我全身神經失調快中風的痠痛
羽球不常打,自己推測是不常做羽球的動作
或是被操到沒在訓練的地方(衝刺和疾停之類的)
這兩天休息就覺得很痛苦 沒運動身體很癢
可是全身痠痛 尤其是右大腿該逼那邊痠到走路右腿快要分離
我知道我可以去走一走,但我沒有去,讓自己覺得沒運動身體很怪
然後困擾1這時候出現
所以我這兩天休息,三餐都想吃甜的
前天晚上喝了一杯紅豆湯,吃了一整條黑嘉麗
(曾經我買過20幾元的價格,現在這條糖居然要33,
我現在打起來都覺得花33買糖份我真是傻)
昨天晚上我又買了讓我扼腕的33元黑麗麗...他可以讓我買兩餐地瓜的T^T
而且昨晚就嗑光了
我該休息到痠痛感消失嗎?
還是帶著痠痛運動?
