最近我也加入慢跑的行列啊~是跑跑步機!
已經每天都跑步兩週了^^希望自己也能跟大家一樣有毅力一直跑下去!!
大概十分鍾可以跑一公里(這樣算慢嗎?)
一次可以跑一小時沒問題~
通常我跑到一小時就會停下來了~
但其實身體跟腳都沒有覺得很累,也沒有喘= =
內心就感到很空虛 覺得自己好像沒運動到!!
想要請問大家, 這樣子沒有感到很累正常嗎?
然後我該把跑的速度調快 還是增加坡度 還是延長慢跑時間 增加運動效果嗎??
還是維持現狀運動量就已經足夠了?
我160 體重 52 ! 年齡23!
沒有想要變很瘦 但想要靠慢跑讓自己的肉不要看起來鬆鬆的!!
