如題 目前課表以一日腿肩為例
腿有深蹲、弓箭步、leg press、leg extension、leg curl
肩有肩推、側平舉、阿諾式肩推、飛鳥
而在家啞鈴可以先做弓箭步、肩推、側平舉、阿諾式肩推、飛鳥
因為是新手想先在家拿啞鈴先做完上面項目再前往健身房練深蹲leg press、
leg extension、leg curl這些只能在健身房練習的項目
而自宅與健身房路程約20分左右
想請問各位巨巨,先拿啞鈴練完一部分後間隔20分再到健身房訓練
這種時間分配是否可行?
