先有氧再重訓還是先重訓再有氧 - 健身

我已經爬過置頂文
說先重訓再有氧效果比較好
可是我以前的教練說要先有氧至少十分鐘給身體熱機再重訓比較不會受傷
所以我都是先跑半小時才去用器材
我的想法是像開飛機之前要先打開電給發動機熱機
所以會選擇先有氧
而且怕受傷
順序顛倒效果有差這麼多嗎
