先減脂還是照練? - 健身

各位高手大大不好意思
雖然我的這種問題很常見
但網路上看到的幾乎都沒有完全相同的
因此特別來請教各位求解
本人目前 身高182 體重62
應該是屬於四肢跟身型過瘦的狀態
但唯一的重點就是肚子真的很大
我看到網友的文章說肚子很大附照片
結果根本還好
由於本人是用捏的會有很大一層肉的
所以就先不附照片了
已經有在健身房一陣子了
主要以重訓為主
四肢身型有明顯改善(Ps 健康完會吃安麗高蛋白)
但唯獨肚子還是一樣(健身也有在練肚子)
目前肚子狀態已經變成「外面超軟 內部硬的」
朋友給的建議是我就是狂吃 照吃
然後繼續練 不用有氧
但我就是不確定是否正確
所以特別來請教各位高手們
我要有氧跑步跟重訓搭配嗎
還是真的如朋友說
照吃照練追回體重呢
(我還滿care肚子肥肉的)
