內臟脂肪過高攝取那種脂肪 - 健身

本人基因算是不管瘦還是胖了內臟脂肪都算中高,我想請問在脂肪的攝取上要較多的植物
性脂肪,然後避免或是較少的動物性脂肪,那個方向可以讓我在補充蛋白質的同時脂肪攝
取也較健康點!有得解嗎,哪位大大能否來幫我解釋一下
