嗨 大家都知道水煮鮪魚罐頭根本神器
但是畢竟是罐頭 長久下來可能對身體不好
價位也不低
不知道如果每次都過水
或者煮一下會不會就沒有飲食問題呢
最近很愛吃魷魚 小卷等等
但是網路上的參考資料都只有說
低脂肪高蛋白 找不到每份的營養成分
不知道有沒有人知道嗎
