全身痠痛持續運動是否ok? - 健身

最近開始在健身房運動
目標是減脂跟增肌
附帶說明 我是女生 168cm 67.5kg
體脂肪率-康是美:28.9% inbody:34% =__=
基礎代謝-康是美:1407 inbody:1318 ... 兩者誤差有點多的感覺
根據版上許多文章還有精華區的分享(感謝各路專家大大)
採取一天有氧 一天重訓的方式在運動
有氧的部分就參加團體課程 每次大約都會選個兩堂(中間都會隔個1-2小時 免得操死)
重訓 則是會拿槓鈴跟啞鈴(參照以前田徑隊的重量訓練方式)還有健身房的器材
大約一次會做個40分鐘以上
我的問題在於 有氧通常是全身性的大量燃脂 加上我現在肌耐力還不太夠
而重量訓練 我也傾向(盡量)做全身性的 所以真的是除了臉之外全身肌肉都會酸
可是 雖然有錯開時間運動 但是這樣肌肉休息的時間會不會不太夠
是應該給身體1-2天的休息 再繼續運動
或者無視痠痛 持續的有氧+重訓 直到身體不會痠痛?
還是運動方式有甚麼問題?
倒是不擔心酸痛的問題 只是不希望因此導致可能的運動傷害...
