三餐內容
早餐:7:15佳湘麵包3顆50的那種每天一顆 瑞穗低脂肪鮮乳150cc左右
午餐:12:00雞腿或雞排便當 但是最近覺得太油就請公司改素食便當(兩個禮拜了)
晚餐:18:00or20:00 炒飯or乾麵 都小碗
其他:早上有時候會泡咖啡來喝 每天晚餐後會吃水果 手搖飲料禮拜日固定一天一杯
普通日心情不好下午會買一杯來喝 都是微糖
日常作息時間:晚上11:30睡覺 早上7:00起床 中午小睡10~15分
生活型態:上班族 不會爆肝
運動習慣:
慢跑35分鐘,心跳數約130~140之間 周期跑三休一
仰臥起坐每天都50下 舉啞鈴每個姿勢都50下 有七個姿勢 做一休一
如果正常下班就馬上去做 晚了一點就先吃飯大概21:00在開始動
