這是五月初的相簿 75公斤左右
經過飲食+兩個月的訓練以後到了80公斤

拉單槓
跟兩個月前比起來應該是有少許的進步
目前覺得自己右手三角跟左手差太多
會慢慢加強
之前因為膝蓋有傷的關係沒練腿 最近才重新開始練蹲舉freeweight
還在考慮要不要繼續增重
