各位版大好,前天小弟量inbody發現左右手差很多,腳也有差一些,請問可以加強什麼訓
練改善這個問題?
之前單手訓練時有發現左手能夠做的次數比右手少,所以右手都會配合左手做到一樣的次
數就停,可是似乎還是有差?做啞鈴臥推也有發現左邊沒力了但是右邊還有力
一直以來都習慣練free weight
