1. 地點:公館大學操場 或景美
我剛搬到景美 對景美不大熟 地點可再協調
2. 時間:若在公館大學操場則下午或晚上均可 景美需再協調
希望一周三次以上 沒下雨時就來跑步!
3. 運動內容:在操場跑步或快走均可
每個人跑步速度不同 可以各跑各的
(其實是因為我跑步速度不快 怕托累對方 遮臉)
但可以一起約時間 跑前一起做暖身 跑完一起做伸展
希望能找到戰友 一起努力打氣! 一起養成規律運動習慣!!
因為我是女生 希望對象能夠也是女生!!^^
