說到這個我有個問題
有次我正在做槓鈴硬舉
訓練重量大約150~200kg
組間休息2~3分
突然有貌似新手的人想要來一起用
我問他要做多重他說50~80kg左右
因為該場地沒有那種換槓架
我覺得如果跟他一起用 我可能光拆裝槓片就快力竭了
所以就拒絕他的請求
我看他轉身離開的時候似乎很不爽還在碎碎念
這樣是我太雞掰了嗎?
順帶一提 該場地只有一支標準規格的槓鈴
