最近剛好也在研究如何能在吃到足量蛋白下更省錢的方法
對此有些小心得
不過先說,在攝取足夠蛋白質的前提下
如果你想要攝取的蛋白質全部來自於三餐食物可不可以 ?
當然可以!!!為什麼不行?
如果你想要攝取的蛋白質部分來自三餐食物,部分來自乳清可不可以?
當然也可以!!!
從哪攝取蛋白質這件事基本上沒有一定的對錯,這是很個人的事情
但今天最大的爭議點是
"乳清蛋白到底是不是相對便宜可以省錢的蛋白質來源呢?"!

我們來客觀計算一下,看能不能省點錢
假定一個體重170磅(約77kg)的人,今天他打算攝取到每磅體重1g的蛋白質,也就是170g
加上他又很愛吃吳郭魚
第一種吃法:蛋白質都來自魚
首先先付上食品營養成份資料庫中有關吳郭魚的資料

我們可以知道每100g中就有19.425g的蛋白質
不過,注意一下,這是去鱗,含皮,去頭尾,去內臟及骨刺的情況下,簡單說就是只剩下純魚肉
把不能吃的剃掉,和傳統市場一整尾魚是不一樣的
隨意找了一下,比較類似的是好市多的冷凍台灣鯛魚片

價格是2.5kg要969元換算下來是1kg要387元
目標是攝取170g的蛋白質,因此,170 /19.425 = 8.752百克 = 875.2公克 的純魚肉
換算下來就是 需要 387*(875.2/1000) = 338.7元
一天純吃魚要花上338.7元
第二種吃法:蛋白質一半來自魚,一半來自乳清蛋白
來自魚的部分很簡單,就是 338.7 / 2 =169.35元
來自乳清呢,以我最近新入手的乳清蛋白nzmp為例

我入手的價格是1kg 410 元
每100g中有79.8g的蛋白質,相當於每g蛋白質要花約0.513元
要攝取(170 / 2 )=85g的蛋白質共需要花上 85*0.513 = 43.605元
總合 : 魚肉 + 乳清 = 169.35 + 43.605 =212.955元
總結:
純吃吳郭魚肉:338.7元
一半吃魚肉一半吃乳清: 212.955元
以省錢的角度來看,將" 部份 "來源換成乳清是很合理的做法
一天能差上125.7元,一個月就差上3771元左右了,更遑論一年

我們來客觀計算一下,看能不能省點錢
假定一個體重170磅(約77kg)的人,今天他打算攝取到每磅體重1g的蛋白質,也就是170g
加上他又很愛吃吳郭魚
第一種吃法:蛋白質都來自魚
首先先付上食品營養成份資料庫中有關吳郭魚的資料

我們可以知道每100g中就有19.425g的蛋白質
不過,注意一下,這是去鱗,含皮,去頭尾,去內臟及骨刺的情況下,簡單說就是只剩下純魚肉
把不能吃的剃掉,和傳統市場一整尾魚是不一樣的
隨意找了一下,比較類似的是好市多的冷凍台灣鯛魚片

價格是2.5kg要969元換算下來是1kg要387元
目標是攝取170g的蛋白質,因此,170 /19.425 = 8.752百克 = 875.2公克 的純魚肉
換算下來就是 需要 387*(875.2/1000) = 338.7元
一天純吃魚要花上338.7元
第二種吃法:蛋白質一半來自魚,一半來自乳清蛋白
來自魚的部分很簡單,就是 338.7 / 2 =169.35元
來自乳清呢,以我最近新入手的乳清蛋白nzmp為例

我入手的價格是1kg 410 元
每100g中有79.8g的蛋白質,相當於每g蛋白質要花約0.513元
要攝取(170 / 2 )=85g的蛋白質共需要花上 85*0.513 = 43.605元
總合 : 魚肉 + 乳清 = 169.35 + 43.605 =212.955元
總結:
純吃吳郭魚肉:338.7元
一半吃魚肉一半吃乳清: 212.955元
以省錢的角度來看,將" 部份 "來源換成乳清是很合理的做法
一天能差上125.7元,一個月就差上3771元左右了,更遑論一年
