跑下去就對了
我今年五月開始練跑
第一天跑3k跑了半小時 就快往生了
也是呼吸聲超大
第二天全身痠痛
到今天 已經可以五分半的速度跑10k
還覺得綽綽有餘
全程可以只用鼻子呼吸了
每個禮拜至少跑三天
每個月 至少加個1k的距離
只要有恆心 身體一定會知道
對了 我還一天兩包菸喔
你沒道理不行對吧
