歷時兩年的紀錄過程、拍攝與剪輯製作

重新振作、比賽過程與心路歷程
我一度順利增重至92KG體脂15%
但由於學校考試報告加上工作壓力,讓我復胖至93KG體脂19%
我決定掌握最後一次的大專盃比賽,燃起鬥志重新振作
最後用十週減去了10%體脂肪與14KG體重
我究竟是如何辦到的???
