喜歡鳥仔腳的可能會失望 XXD
雖然很想再更有線條一點 屁股更翹下半身應該視覺會較長
但最近真的重訓懈怠了 主力放在有氧跟瑜珈
訂的槓片廠商也一直還沒送來
不過每天還是會固定跑跑跑~
昨天因為美國餅乾吃太多 (遮臉)
吃完才仔細瞧一整包嗑完的後果是九百多大卡 Q_Q
所以懷著罪惡感只得11km以上多一點
個子不高 腿不長
但靠著跑步習慣
一點一滴慢慢修飾也能不那麼甜不辣了 XXD
不要自暴自棄給自己偷懶或腿部肌肉會長爆炸肥的的藉口
因為我已經跑五年多 腿再肥大概也是肥到某個程度
更不會因為大吃大喝就忽然暴增亂七八糟到哪去~~ XXD
我並非仙女體質更不吃仙女餐
那對嗜宵夜如命的我而言等於斷我生路 QQ
恆心 毅力 堅持 習慣
慢慢來~莫徒務近功
