三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:吃的東西比較不固定
1.玉米起士蛋餅+當季水果一份(鳳梨or西瓜or香瓜or木瓜or奇異果...不一定)
2.燻雞土司蛋+當季水果一份
3.烤地瓜一條+當季水果一份
4.五穀稀飯+當季水果一份
午餐:自助餐(飯一碗+一主菜+二副菜),主菜盡量選清蒸,副菜多選青菜
+當季水果一份
晚餐:在家吃,與午餐同,但不吃水果
其他:無宵夜,過八點不吃東西、也很少喝飲料、零食,假日偶爾會吃大餐或冰淇淋
水:1000~1500cc
日常作息時間:7:30起床 8:45吃早餐 12:10吃中餐 18:30~19:30吃晚餐 12點前睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一周三次慢跑,每次40~60分鐘,心跳130上下,8~10km,假日偶爾登山
不跑步的時候,就在家舉啞鈴,生理期不運動
我的問題:目標體重:45,體脂:21%
請問要如何同時減重並減脂以達成目標
是不是吃太多了?請大家指教,謝謝!!
