重訓真的要做! - 健身

各位大大安安!好久沒上PTT了!好久沒上FITNESS板了!
板上還是這幾個大大好認真的在回覆!
2012前我重訓愛做不做,不然就是完全不做,死命的做有氧。
當初減肥要瘦就是為了要穿衣服能好看一點。
2012一月開始認真重訓。
擔心光靠有氧瘦下後肉鬆鬆太瘦衣服又稱不起來所以開始認真重訓。
一周最少四天健身房重訓、兩天慢跑30~50min(5~9km)
(題外話,之前看報導,日本人研究好習慣要66天養成壞習慣三天就可養成。)
我一直深信這個研究,果真稱了兩個月後就完全習慣了!
愛上重訓後,有氧反而有點懶的做,一禮拜只剩兩次,體脂緩緩緩下降,體重不變!

終於有一點成長了,衣服算是稱的起來了!
