今天沒有運動 因為補習 剛剛才回到家
然後我發現...
我肚子好餓啊!!! 不知道怎麼搞得
很誇張 肚子餓到都發出咕噜聲了
問題是我摸不著頭緒啊 我今天沒運動 三餐又超正常的
早餐:火腿蛋三明治
午餐:無糖紅茶+7-11咖哩飯
晚餐:培根炒飯
這樣很OK吧
但是怎麼會這麼餓呢?出了什麼問題啊?
我現在該吃嗎?要吃什麼?
還是上床睡覺?
