冷冷的冬天大家都啥時跑步呢 - 健身

寒假在家中吃吃喝喝感覺一定會胖,所以想跑步運動。
上次開始養成跑不習慣是暑假的時候,那時每天跑體力還不錯,
但是開學之後,因為比較忙,也因為懶, 所以就沒啥在跑了。
現在想再跑步,可是早上天氣好冷喔,傍晚出去蚊子又多,而且天一下就暗了。
不知大家都選擇啥時跑步呢XD
PS順便問一下 上學期開始有在學校重訓室重訓,但回到家之後附近沒健身房,
除了做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐之
外,還有哪些在家就能做的健身方法呢?
