目前計畫八月會出國十天
在這段時間要如何保持肌力減少最低呢?
爬過文大家好像推薦TRX和彈力帶?(不是很了解)
小弟 163cm/67kg
臥推 90kg 8下,深蹲120kg 8下,硬舉110kg 6下
如果買彈力帶是否適合?要買幾公斤的比較好呢?
