我之前幾乎每晚會一星期跑五天4000m
有時間就去游泳
這月中到上海出差7天
一回來我發現
肚子上看不到肋骨了
心想沒麼快就累積脂肪了吧
量完真的要昏倒
我從53--->56
六月分我光是過55這個關卡就花了1個月耶(大哭)
昨晚還是去跑步
跑的1500m就不行了
弄得我現在非常憂鬱
出差真的是保持身型的剋星
都是招待請客也不好意思只吃一點
睡眠也不夠 每天只睡4小時
唉喔!!有一種前功盡棄的感覺!!
請問 真的有可能七天肥3公斤嗎??
(恩~是吃得真的很好每餐都有烤乳鴿大閘蟹的......)
這樣好像真的有可能嗎??
