1. 太健康的減肥方法一定很慢!
運動的效果普通而已!
重要的是 不要吃 吃少 才有用 卡路里每天壓在500-1000就好
2. 吸煙對減肥很有效
應該說吸煙可以壓食慾
3. 騎車/開車讓神經緊繃也可以壓食慾
我減肥時就是騎一整天的車
從台東騎到屏東
然後再從屏東騎回台東
中間只在7-11吃熱狗一根 沙拉一份
4.零卡可樂也很適合減肥
5.有些抗憂鬱劑也可以壓食慾 bupropion
6. 苦戀那種茶不思飯不想的感覺也很適合減肥
隨便找個人告白吧
隨便亂槍打鳥就好
有成功算撿到
失敗了就是賺那個茶不思飯不想的感覺去減低食量
