這幾天的飲食有乖乖的控制
早餐正常吃
午餐吃七分飽(正餐)
晚餐就吃五分飽(無澱粉類)
我是晚上六點過後不吃東西
睡前四小時不進食
運動就走路跟瑜珈
時間充裕的話就跑步,打羽球
用很輕鬆的態度去減肥
因為我身邊有個同學很誇張
一個月減15kg~20kg......
她從105減到48kg
但是這樣的速度真的有點誇張...
有一天我們一群人去逛夜市
想也知道去夜市就是要吃東西
但是我這位朋友呢~
一直嫌東嫌西說熱量很高
後來變成說跟她吃飯都覺得壓力好大....
有一次她吃了一顆糖果
盡然問說熱量多少?
而且他也實施MONK減肥法~兩點後不吃東西
以上是他個人行為就算了~~~
還吃減肥藥~~~
減肥成功後的他,變了樣~
開始抨擊別人的外表....
我們這些減肥的人他看我們的方式都很有"意見"
把我們這些胖胖弄得緊張兮兮的
連我吃個飯他都說:
你知道你這吃下去會‵胖1公斤嗎?
拜託~我只不過吃飯~減肥也沒想減的那麼緊好嘛!!!
不過我很慶幸我不是他~因為減肥減的惹人嫌
我想說的是減肥別把自己逼得那麼緊
給自己那麼多的不必要壓力
雖然我減的很慢但是很健康`
一個禮拜1kg~
大家加油~~~喔!
