最近板上新手好像有變多的趨勢(夏天到了嘛)
然後疑似都沒看置底(?)
但昨天看到板友貼的"要想想你也曾經是新手"
突然很感同身受XD 想當初我也發過被鞭很慘的菜單上來 囧"
真是黑歷史阿( ′-`)y-~
所以我最近推文會盡量提出哪裡有問題
在昨天,有位板友半夜發了真的很慘的菜單(早午不吃.只吃晚餐...)
但是是上來問運動強度
剛好我在趕作業,就順便回了應該要均衡飲食阿、不餓=/=身體不需要等等
一些基本的觀念,雖然表面上推文數只有3,但我回了大概超過2X個箭頭
他一直覺得是因為自己脂肪太多才瘦不下來...
後來我去睡了,想說早上再來看看有沒有板友回了更具體、精闢的建議
...結果剛剛看就刪文了QQ
不能阻止別人刪文沒錯,不過敢PO文就要有被鞭的準備吧
何況我語氣沒有很兇,是真心的提建議給他
現在刪文了,像是昨天那2X個箭頭都打水漂了,有種努力白費的感覺ˊˋ
只希望以後新手們發文,要注意底下的板友們給的建議你可能不愛聽
但那也是人家用心打的
是說可以規定刪文像洽特一樣留推文嗎XDDDDDDD
還有那位板友,雖然你刪文了,但是如果你有看到這篇
你真的得先改善三餐定食定量這個問題
不然你的體重永遠只會上上下下
除非你一輩子都不吃東西!!!

最後閒聊,我最近按照板娘開的菜單+運動
真的瘦了一點(體脂↓、體重↑)\(*〞▽〝*)人(*〞︶〝*)/
打算今天來拍照記錄小腹,以後看對比圖會很有成就感XD
只是昨天難得回了很多,今天看到刪文有點哀桑( ′-`)y-~
