這邊聽到一般的說法是 2公克/公斤體重
今天看到一篇文章

這邊的說法是,一般節食的人需要「0.8-1.0公克/公斤體重」的蛋白質

對運動員來說 (一週運動量在10-12小時以上)
需要 「1.2-1.7公克/公斤體重」的蛋白質
版上神人有這運動量的應該也不少
不過小弱弱我是沒有這麼多啦
所以2公克/公斤體重是怎麼來的,有沒有人能指點一下
因為一來一往差滿多的
有時候蛋白質吃得也有點辛苦
如果不用吃那麼多,菜單的變化空間就大了
