先說明下,本人靠著少吃多動
從106.5公斤瘦到現在80.5公斤
目標是70,我177.6公分
飯都吃很少,不,與其說吃很少,不如說是吃正常人的量
每晚會去跑3200公尺
但我真的很討厭跑步,非常討厭,每晚的跑步都很痛苦
當我到達目標體重後,是否可以停止每晚的3200公尺?會不會復胖?
我的飲食當然不會回到以前天天油炸天天宵夜
頂多偶爾吃,飯量也會維持在正常人的量
想問是否可以停止跑步?會不會復胖?
