剛剛逛山姆伯伯
看到一篇前蹲舉一組別超過6下
好像是因為背肌和前三角肌很弱
如果一組超過6下表示用的重量太輕
連背與前三角都能撐這麼久
所以用這個重量來練腿效果不好
是這樣嗎
如果我練的時候每組都超過6下
會怎樣嗎
