剛開始減重!半年內目標瘦15~18kg - 健身

三餐內容
早餐:通常接近11點吃,早餐正常吃:鮪魚三明治(有時候加顆肉包)+咖啡
午餐:下午4點多吃,一般是御飯糰+無糖高纖豆漿(有時候是義式無糖咖啡)
晚餐:水餃或其他油不要太多的食物,偶而配點水果+無糖綠茶
其他:
日常作息時間:約2-3點睡,10點左右起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
1.天氣正常:慢跑30分鐘,最後走10分鐘,心跳數約120~130左右
2.下雨或太晚回到家:騎腳踏車1小時,心跳數100~120左右
3.有氧做完後,拿著5KG啞鈴邊看電視邊做(約10~15分鐘)
我的問題:
希望能在半年內瘦到7字頭,定大約15公斤目標,希望能夠在飲食量與運動量,
能夠提供建議,讓半年後順利達成目標!!!!
