力竭的必要性? (力竭vs保留次數) - 健身

關於要不要力竭這件事真的是一件很好玩的議題,
小弟我踏入健身以來一直都以為想進步就是要做到力竭,
如果沒力竭代表重量不夠,要再加上去,
然而近來看了很多youtuber和blogger的說法,好像其實力竭根本不是必要的,
甚至保留次數不力竭,反而會比力竭的練習效果來得好!?
然而之所以會爭議,當然也有另外一群力竭派
而且力竭是健美界長久以來公認的練法,反而不力竭似乎是最近幾年才興起的新練法
目前我看到的兩派支持者各自有

我個人綜合以上各家的心得是,力竭有其必要,
但不需要每組都做到力竭,徒增受傷風險,
只需要在每個動作的最後一組操到力竭就好,或是像姊夫那樣降重量壓榨肌肉
