最近換了健身房,巨巨教練很快就盯上我
他主要問了我兩個問題,第一是我的目標是什麼
我跟他說主要是練健康的,體態是其次。因為練一年多,才發現身體很多問題,例如下背痛
。看了醫生才知道椎間盤退化,醫生建議我最好別做硬舉跟背蹲舉
所以我傾向麥可波羅伊那類的功能性訓練方式
第二他問我課表怎麼排,因為我第一本教材是黃阿文教練的書,書裡說一周至少二循環以上
是最好的。所以我目前索性上肢推拉一天,下肢推拉一天,一周練四天。當週有空就再多練
一天,主要排肩手及有氧。
巨巨教練建議我排胸、背、肩手、腿,我問他這樣一周只有一個循環,但是他表示這樣同肌
群一次練個20組,肌肉感受度比較好。
但是我所吸收到的訊息,都不建議一天就操這麼多組,一次20組,不如一次10組,一週操兩
次。
所以肌肉感受比較重要,還是一周二循環比較好呢?
