力量突然下降很多的問題 - 健身

如題
剛剛去健身,大概有20幾天沒健身
然後這幾天睡得不好,加上這幾天吃的很少,
(這幾天只吃一餐,一餐只有一塊麵包 + 家庭號豆漿)
力量突然下降很多
比方說,今天練胸部
原本都可以推30KG左右,三組每組8下
今天只剩26KG
且每組4下左右
請問這是正常的嗎?
