關於有氧與基代 - 健身

有個問題一直很好奇
先假設下面兩種狀況
兩者基代都1800 然後用半年來看
其他條件都相同下
A 不運動 每天熱量都攝取1600
B 每天跑半小時 固定消耗熱量300 熱量都攝取1900
所以長期來看 A就是會掉肌肉 但B不會嗎?
就算他們熱量消耗都一樣?
