不好意思各位版上的巨巨前輩
有時練球完會要求加強核心力量
就是會練腹部 例如棒式 或者v字
但是印象以來我在做的時候
好像都會用到後腰的力量
正確來說比較接近下背
我已經很專注在腹部的支撐上
但是還是好不舒服
撐不到一分鐘就會有非常痠痛
還有無力跟不適的狀況
是我的腹肌太沒力 還是腰不好TAT
想起古早練田徑時也是
重訓練習一直用不對力 好像有受傷的感覺
小妹我真的很困擾啊......
每次做到腰痛的感覺太痛苦就做不下去了
肚子依然......被男友嫌棄中(大哭)
是不是我用錯力 還是動作做錯
或者是肌力真的太弱呢?
希望有人能替我解多年以來的惑
才能改正方法 有繼續進步的空間QQ
