大學跟研究所時期都盡量讓自己保持一定的運動量
不同訓練都會交叉著做,固定健身房+每天至少走一萬步
但是進入廣告業之後的時間,整個變成不是自己的了
每天下班回到家都接近九點,甚至也有更晚的時候
實在沒有太多時間跟體力做以前的運動量
健身房會員辦了結果也浪費了= =
現在最懊惱的,年過30真的容易發胖耶…
腹部的肌肉漸漸團結了起來,線條變得很不明顯…
雖然現在有開始在執行減醣計畫
但發現只靠飲食控制不夠,新陳代謝還是起不來
我媽最近丟了一個Zumba老師教學OSIM核心機的訓練影片給我
說覺得滿適合時間不多的我,多少有運動到而且還能針對核心鍛鍊
我自己是第一次看到這種器材,至少看完感覺對核心訓練的設計滿不錯
想問看看有人有親身的使用經驗嗎?
