呼~到今天為止
努力運動加飲食控制也整整三個月了
體重/體脂
52/27—》49/23.5
體重變化很不大,體脂反而降了不少
穿衣服很明顯有感受到
飲食方面大約控制在1300~1400大卡之間
還有三個月要努力
今天小小犒賞自己一下

香腸跟湯沒吃
休息是為了走更長的路
明天會更努力運動!fighting!!
P.s.話說有人知道這鬆餅大概有多少大卡嗎?忍不住想查XD
