我因為退伍前太放縱
外加退伍後三餐消夜+熬夜...
整個人激增了快十公斤...
所以在去年12/19開始跑健身房~
一個禮拜只有禮拜日休息
1~5上班回家後休息個一小時多就往健身房報到了
禮拜六就下午去了
雖然不知道實際到底瘦了多少
但就數字上大約有3~4公斤左右
身體也有了些許變化
摸得到肌肉的線條
腹肌最上面那兩塊也凸了出來
只是還是被脂肪蓋住XD
但...
真得好累=_=
感覺體力恢復不來
好幾次在上班途中
站著就睡著了...
雖然不到一秒就醒來XD
大腿也一直好酸
爬個樓梯也感覺很累 囧
不知道是不是一直使用攀登機的原因
今天一早起床就決定今天不去健身房要休息了~
剛好朋友今天要討論年假出遊行程XD
想問問各位都怎麼應付體力流失後
補充的辦法~
運動前吃B群好像沒什麼效用...
