例如今天練背 排3種動作 各3組 組間休息2分鐘
1.輪流練:
引體向上*1組 -> Lat Pulldown*1組 > 槓鈴划船*1組 再重覆兩個循環
2.一次練完:
引體向上*3組 -> Lat Pulldown*3組 > 槓鈴划船*3組
我原先是用"2.一次練完"
常常做到第3組就動作跑掉 而且很容易力竭 想要姿勢正確就只能降重量
回家肌肉會疲累很久 (不是拉傷那種痛 我很難確定這點是缺點還是優點)
後來嘗試用"1.輪流練"
感覺像是發現了新大陸
3組都能做得很標準
回家恢復快 甚至是無感 (會效果不好嗎?)
缺點就是熱門排隊時段輪流排很麻煩
不曉得就訓練效益上來說
